  • loved2much: After 6 months he calls me to tell me that he never cheated with another woman and yes when I told him to get his shite out of my home because I was tired of supporting him and is abuse he connects with one of his students a property manager that now he has a girl friend with two kids and he hopes I find love again..  I told him to enjoy his life. and thanks for calling me.

  • mixedupmummy: I had his baby three years ago and moved to an isolated island miles away from him.  He's taking me to court to "teach me a lesson" and "bleed me dry".... I am terrified of losing my baby, but most immediately I am so worried I won't be able to cope.

I'm an oldie to WoN but a newbie to this site so have please have patience if I seem scattered.  I want to welcome you and hope you will post.  I found posting on a NPD board is what saved my life and know the boards powers of healing.  It's the members here who helped me to learn and actually held my hand through the crisis.  It's been some years now since I left the N but I'm still learning and have made some life-long friendships.  I reclaimed my soul and have new friends.  What else could a woman ask for?

Dear cjardim,

It's always nice to meet new people who are ready to face reality. Most of us have survived terrible experiences when we didn't think we'd make it out the other side. It's not uncommon to feel embarassed about the situation we're in since 'civilians' (that would be the general public) don't understand the N-relatioNship and we simply can't find people who can validate our experience. Because of that, I am so grateful for the Internet and our ability to create online communities! What a blessing this can be......
