your actual location

your workplace
the narcissist's workplace
your phone number
the narcissist's phone number
the name of your friends
the names of the narcissist's "friends"
(as in Other Woman, Other Man, or Other Thing if it fits your situation)
the names of your children
the names of the narcissist's children
your mother or father's name
the name of the narcissist's mother or father
Other identifying information would be: the number of children you have, your children's gender, specific schools or locations where your children or you attend school. If you post any identifying information that threatens your security on our Public WoN Forum, managers will edit your message and eliminate any information increasing your risk of identification.

If you take the precautions we have listed, you are fairly safe in posting about your life. There are literally millions of websites on the internet and the chances of a narcissist finding your messages are slim-to-none. Unless of course, you leave a trail. Please read through the following information about eliminating your computer history:
How To Eliminate Your Computer History
1- On the Menu at top of your screen, you will see a listing for TOOLS.
2- After clicking on Tools, scroll to the bottom of the drop-down menu and click on Internet Options.
3- On the right hand side of this window is an option: Clear History. Click on OK and the computer will delete "The Web of Narcissism" from your cumulative list of visited websites.
The safest way to find information on the internet is to go to a safer computer. Suggestions are: a local library, a friend's house or your workplace.
Other safety suggestions: change your password often, do not pick obvious words or numbers for your password, and pick a combination of letters and numbers for your password.
