We're very easy-going managers on WoN. We have to be. This is a recovery forum. This is the place where people get honest with themselves and others because why? Because they want to Heal and move on with their lives. Like most people who've figured out how to get along with a narcissist, members of WoN are hard-workers with big hearts, heavy on compassion and forgiveness.
But once in a very, very, extremely, and rare situation, management is forced to make a difficult decision and terminate someone's membership. We don't like to do that. We resist doing that. In fact, we offer people the benefit of the doubt and exercise caution before making this decision. However, there are those times when problems may be irresolvable. We hope it never ever ever happens on WoN but it might.
So just in case you feel your membership was unfairly terminated and you would like to be reinstated as a member of the WoN forum, please include your screenname in the title of your email, including your reasons for contacting administrators: 'Termination of Membership'. Address your email to CZBZ
wonmanagers@yahoo.com. The subject of your email should look like this:
OrneryOldToad: termination of membershipSIXTEEN REASONS why your Good Faith Contract with the WoN Forum is now 'null and void'
1-Ignoring administrators or board moderators attempts to contact you results in termination of your membership
2-Flaming or humiliating board members, moderators, or the administrators of this forum, results in termination of your membership
3-Using an alias or creating multiple identities on WoN results in termination of your membership
4-Suggestive or sexually explict messages results in termination of your membership
5-Continued disparagement of other support communities results in termination of your membership.
6-Anyone pushing their luck with too many 'clucks' (like the F-word) will be warned first and their membership revoked secondarily.
7-Abusing WoN policy in any way, shape or form, results in termination of your membership.
8-Seeking private donations, group collections, gift-giving, or financial compensation from board members results in termination of your membership.
9-Anyone suspected of ulterior motives or dishonest intentions by WoN administrators results in termination of your membership.
10-Any member collecting email addresses from our public forum will be banned from participating in our group.
11-Collecting personal information without notifying forum administrators results in termination of your membership.
12-Trolling-for-Trouble or Flaming-for-Fun results in termination of your membership
13-Managers reserve the right to terminate memberships of those who repetitively attack or criticize other board members
14-WoN managers will terminate the membership of any member posting private information about, or received from, another forum member
15-Anyone creating division amongst board members, will be banned from membership on the WoN forum.
16-Successive postings threatening suicide will result in termination of your membership.
PLEASE NOTE: Managers reserve the right to terminate any membership that is not in compliance with WoN policy.
We will always contact you and do everything possible to reconcile misunderstandings.
The only people we cancel or ban without warning are 'spammers'.
