We know it takes time to familiarize ourselves with a new message board service. If you'd like to practice posting replies or starting new threads, post away.

We will delete practice threads on a weekly basis. Once you've got the hang of it, please join the discussion boards on our website.

Any discussion between members on this board, will be moved to a more appropriate section of the forum. You are free to help each other figure out how to use the new WoN forum, in fact, helping each other is a good idea since I may not be online. I would very much appreciate your support if someone needs your help!

It's a great message board, isn't it? I especially like the ability to edit my messages and correct lousy typos...Once we get the hang of it here, we'll wonder why we were so sad about losing MSN. ha!

This time I copied what I wanted to quote, then deleted everything between the two quote thingies, then pasted what I wanted to quote.

O yea...this thread is a running IQ test. I wanna see just how resourceful you target-types really are.

About Using Quotes: If you want to quote text from someone's message, highlight the text and save it by clicking Ctrl+C.

Call up a reply window and paste their text onto your new message window: Ctrl+V

Highlight the text again and click on the Quote Icon. (The icon looks like a Yellow Thought Bubble with lines on it)

Hover your mouse over the icon and a small window appears telling you what this icon does: Insert Quote. If you found the right icon, click it.

It might look like gobble-de-gook before your message is posted, but you can check your 'coding' by clicking PREVIEW at the bottom of the message window. A new screen will appear and you can preview your message before posting.

When reading messages, you will notice the number of pages are listed at the bottom of the thread. If there are more than two pages, click on 'ALL' to see every page on a single thread. That makes it much easier to read a long thread without missing messages.
