I know this isn't quite 'Writing' a Wrong, it's Painting a Wrong. Aka art therapy! Good for the broken soul.

Thnx CZ, yes, they are all my own work. The woman in the tumbrel (which can't be seen for the mass of knitters at the guillotine), on her way for the Chop, is my ex-husband's new (not so new, now) supply. His affair partner, the infamous Rapacious Vine...

She boasted to me that she could handle him and I couldn't because SHE has a psychology degree whilst I only have a sociology degree.
My doctor laughingly pointed out to me when I told her this, that she has a medical degree but that doesn't make her a brain surgeon....

The monster sneaking off to the right is of course, my dearly-not-beloved narcy ex-husband.

Thnx LettingGo. The roller coaster painting was based on my original digital picture for the Stop the Roller Coaster blog. The painting (4ft wide) is now hanging on the wall of the local Women's Refuge office as is the blood and pain painting (6ft x 4ft) above.

"My doctor laughingly pointed out to me when I told her this, that she has a medical degree but that doesn't make her a brain surgeon...." -- thanks for the laugh Liberty!

actually the degree she needs is a theology one that teaches her to cast out demons
you know like they do in the horror movies!

wow 4ft & 6ft paintings! you are a wonderful painter and writer -- two great talents to be proud of. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
