Hello or in my state of mind "Aloha" 

Missed every WoN. I was only on line a couple of hours during vacation. Checking email etc. i just got back from the BIG island Monday night. It was a fine time. Lots of pine apple and a fruit called chico fruit.

This fruit has the texture quality of a pear and has a maple/ slight chocolate/pear flavor. REally sweet and addictive. It is not dominant (such as papaya) on the island since it is from the Phillipines. I was fortunate to  be staying on property that had a chico tree as well as mango and a guava orchard. Only the Chico plant was in season since it produces fruit two times a year . The mangos have another month or so to go. The bananas in Hawaii are the best but the banana patch where I resided was very young, no picking bananas yet for breakfast.

SEFG... I did not bring the yoga mat But instead my guitar. Despite the lack of a mat, i still attended yoga classes. It was a nice treat not being the teacher rather the student .

It is always warm in Hawaii. The lowest it gets is 64 and mostly it is in the 80's. The temperature never changes ... the same all year round. When it rains it is warm or even hot.

Food there is way expensive because of the shipping. so that is the greatest expense. On the other hand ... solar energy is easy and water is mostly free unless ya live on the dry side of the island.

SEFG, I remember seeing that show some where. do not know where but some how I have seen a few minutes of it. I do not watch Television so I can not say I have watched the entire show.
